ROLE & PURPOSE

The AYE Committee was established by the Board under clause 13 of the Constitution of the Australian Alpaca Association Ltd.  The Role of the Committee is to assist the Board and the National Office in promoting and facilitating youth and youth education activities and initiatives.

  14. Any other relevant information which may assist the AAA to provide you with a suitable list of judges from which to choose or any special requests. If judges are required within a specified kilometre range to the relevant show, the judges are to be requested by name.

  16. The AAA Ltd. will make every effort to satisfy special requests for judges; however convenors should be aware that judges are usually supplied on a rotational basis. Two accredited judges are normally provided for show committees to make their choice. The form has been designed to provide as much information as possible about your show, to ensure that a list of judges is forwarded with the necessary experience required to meet the needs of your show. If the judges you nominate are unavailable the convenor must then reapply for a new list.
