The 2010 Annual Stock Return form is now available to download.
Note: Important change to Q-Alpaca Program requirements
Q-Alpaca participants and their overseeing Veterinarian are now required to re-enter into their agreement on an annual basis.
The newly signed agreement (Form Q2) must be submitted with the 2010 Annual Stock Return before a new Q-Alpaca certificate will be issued.
The Form Q2 is incorporated at the end of the Annual Stock Return section of the document (Form Q3) for your convenience.
Participants who joined Q-Alpaca after 1 July 2009 will be exempt from this requirement.
